Home Adaptations (Angus)

Opening times not provided

If you are having difficulty with day to day activities like bathing or getting in and out of your home because of a medical condition, we can help you make things easier and safer.

The following pages will tell you how the process works, who is involved and who pays for the adaptations.

First, contact the Occupational Therapy Service. They will assess your needs and make recommendations. This may include the need for adaptations to your home. If these adaptations are deemed essential you may be eligible for help with costs.

The Scottish Government has produced leaflets about adaptations and how they are funded.
